He is survived by: his wife Debra Crumb; his children, Brian (Janice), Herman, Ashley, Justin, Jessika and Zachary (Allyssa); his grandchildren, Kiley, Angelia, Chase and Ellie; and his siblings, Geri, Tammy (Frankie), Allison Greg (Mark), Brentlee, Carl (Sally), Sharon and Mac.
