She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Rhoades and Susie Rhoades (Bettinger); her former husband Garry Kuntzler, Jr.; her husbands, Marshall Runnels, Lyle Strong and Phillip Blewett; her son Steven Runnels; and her siblings, Martha Dixon, Leola Bartlett, Betty Rhoads, J. D. Rhoades, Albert Rhoades and Edward Rhoades.

She is survived by: her children, Melvin Runnels, Timathy Runnels, Christopher Runnels, Linda Rhoades and Jean Teaney; and her former husband Evan Davis, Sr.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and her.
