He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Duvall and Myrtle Duvall (Hunnicutt); and his sister Freddie Wells. He is survived by: his former spouse Shanda K. Keirsey; his sons, Rob Duvall and Pell Duvall (Bren); his grandson Indigo Duvall; and his siblings, Helen Neese and Lonnie Duvall (Cindy Williams). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Duvall Fund at AIMHI to assist students in need as they pursue the education and discipline of martial arts.
