He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. and Bernadine; his siblings, Jack and Judith; his great grandchild Theodore James Herbert; and his parents-in-law, Carl and Genevieve.
He is survived by: his wife Carla; his children, Michael (Christine) and Julie Ziegler (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Monica Herbert (David), Renee Reinhart, Allison Ziegler and Nicholas Ziegler; his great grandchild Lainey Herbert; and his brother Ken. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
