We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2022, at the age of 33, Anthony Spatafora of Maryland Heights, Missouri, born in Alton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Michael Spatafora (Kristine) of Maryland Heights and Sharon Garrett (Kopsie) of Alton; his siblings, Mariah Fearn of Alton, Jessica Spatafora of Maryland Hieghts and Michael Spatafora II of Cottage Hills; his nieces and nephews, Ellie Spatafora, Kaylee Santoni, Lane Spatafora and Kosten Santoni; and his close friend Jamie McEvers of Jerseyville. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
