He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wilbur and Melva June Owen (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Caleb (Kayla) and Laura; his sisters, Kaye (Ray Brinson), Connie (Wayne Galbraith), Lucinda (Greg Wadley) and Fremont Hills; and his mother-in-law Ellen Honeycutt. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
