He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Cook and Vonna Cook (Plaster); his daughter Ember Cook; his brother Dennis Cook; his father-in-law Oris Ragsdale; and his nephew Rev. Henry Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Wilson Cook of Marshfield; his siblings, Janice Jones (Denny) of Marshfield and Jackie Cook (Barbara); his mother-in-law Marge Ragsdale of Marshfield; his brother-in-law Rusty Ragsdale of Marshfield; his aunts, Patsy Hicks of Seymour and Glenda Plaster (Rich); his nieces and nephews, Mackey, Carolyn Jones, Marty Jones, Springfield, Jessica Pams and Ada Doolin; and his sister-in-law Sylvia Cook of Texas.
Interment will be held in Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
