It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Faye Welker (Marshfield, Missouri), born in Plainview, Texas, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Mooney and Lela Mooney (Saunders); her husband Hubert "Dale" Welker; her grandson Christopher Shutters; and her siblings, Truman Mooney, Bob Mooney and Elaine Lloyd.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Cook, Harvey Welker Kissee Mills (Rhonda), Shirley Wilson (Rex), Robert Welker, Donna Vincent (Bill), Conway, Susanne Richards (Rick) of Perdido Key, FL and David Shutters (Laura) of Blue Eye, MO; her brothers, Harold Mooney Springfield (Debbie) and Keith Mooney (Karen) of League City, TX; and her sister-in-law Betty Mooney of Wiley, TX. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
