He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Deckard and Lorain Deckard (Tate); and his siblings, Charley Deckard, Bobby Deckard, Jim Deckard and Mary Wells.
He is survived by: his sisters, Samantha Boyd and Betty Cox.
