She was predeceased by: her husband David Louis Schultz; her parents, Margaret DuBuque and Marvin Lewis; and her siblings, Marvin Richard DuBuque, Roger LeRoy DuBuque and Julia Panhorst.
She is survived by: her sons, David Louis Schultz (late Vicky), Clifford Luer Schultz (Kay) and Tom Kevin Schultz (Darlene); her grandchildren, Matthew Schultz, Nicholas Schultz, Jacob Schultz, Joshua Schultz, Stephen Schultz and Yvonne Haddox; and her sisters, Rose Helle and Martha Reid.
