She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver G. Mathews and Laura J. Mathews (Stephens); her husband James Lee Dale; and her siblings, Oliver Mathews, Jr., Gene Mathews (Jackie), Garitt Mathews (Marty), Joseph Mathews (Gwenn), Mary Tuttle (Roy) and Lee Hickman (Walt).
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Dale-Derks (Chuck), James Douglas Dale and Deborah Dale; and her siblings, Gerald Mathews (Shirley), Robert Mathews (Jean), Gary Mathews (Jimmie) and Sue Lauhoff (John). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
