He is survived by: his sons, Richard Young (Yvonne) of Atlanta, MO and Melvin Young (Elizabeth) of Anabel, MO; his daughter-in-law Lisa Young of Cottonwood, AZ; his grandchildren, Yvette Collins (Mark), Nathan Young (Tina), Crystal Renee Green (Karl), Melvin II Young (Cassie), Kaitlyn Perkins (Brian), Andrew Young (Megan) and Ryan Young; his great grandchildren, Brennah Collins, Braden Collins, Dylan Young, Aymee Young, Always Young Craigmyle (Bret), Destin Green, Eternity Green Rankin (Bryan), Owen Young, Avery Young, Emerson Young, Isla Young and Karsen Perkins; his great great grandchildren, Destiny Green, ChevAnna Green and ErraBella Rankin; his siblings, Irece Fry (Calvin) and Jack Curtis (Veva); and his niece Nancy Gentry Hodges. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Shiloh Christian Children's Ranch or Open Arms Baptist Church.
