He was predeceased by: his mother Laura Mae Henson Scroggins; his wife Virginia Lee Stinson; his father Bill Scroggins; his sisters, Lucille "Cele", Rosa, Juanita "Nita" and Delores "Dee"; and his sisters-in-law, Gladys and Ruth Ann.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Fern Adams; his nieces, Gwen Miller and Jane Thorpe; and also Ruth Ann. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and very special friends.
