He is survived by: his mother Patricia Guthrie Lee Davis; his children, Amanda (Matt Distler), Amber, Ashley (Devon Hertel), Brandon Kayla (Chelsey) and Braelyn; his siblings, Jake (Mary Ann), Sam, Ryan, Cynthia and Jenny (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Madison, Gabriel, Isabella and Caley. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; and 10 great nieces and great nephews.
