She is survived by: her husband Dick Bellamy; her son Jeff Bellamy (Martha) of Wheatland, MO; her grandsons, Jon-Paul Bellamy of Blue Springs, MO and Richard Bellamy of Olatha, KS; her great grandchildren, Abigal and Anna; and her sisters, Peggy Barnes of Olmsted, IL and Bonnie Fuhr.
