She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leman Hasty and Edna Marie Hasty (Williams); and her brother Charley Linddel Hasty. She is survived by: her husband Harold Kay of Auburndale; her children, Michael Kay (Dawn) of Hillsboro and Deborah Kay (Brian Ceriotti) of St. Louis City; her siblings, Darrell Wayne Hasty of Fenton, Donna Story of Warrior and Maita Sue Hoffman of High Ridge; and her grandchildren, Cynthia, Dakota, Brittany and Bailey.
