He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Goggin and Bessie Adams Goggin; his wife Nova Goggin; and his siblings, Maxine Walker, Betty Turnbaugh, Jessie Chitwood, Clifford Goggin and Charles Goggin.
He is survived by: his brothers, Bill Goggin and Jim Goggin (Belinda). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces.
