He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Francis and Johnnie Nadine Seals; and his siblings, Emanuel Clinton, Robert Kedrick, Rebecca Jane, Howard Eugene, William Harold and Claudette.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Bradford, George Edward and Sandra LouAnn (Clifton); his children, Kenneth (Donna), Carmen (Charles), Kimberley, Sterling (Melanie) and Nicole (Joe); and his niece Joni Nadine Seals. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
