He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Secrist (Jones) and William Spencer; his former wife Roseetta Bracket; his brothers, William Spencer and Ervin Spencer; his brother-in-law Bill Walker; and his son-in-law Lavern Jackson.
He is survived by: his former wife Catherine Hampton; his wife Cathy; his stepchildren, Eddie Kissee of Bevier, MO, Floyd Kissee of Leonard, MO and Angela Jackson of Atlanta, MO; his stepgrandchildren, Wesley Kissee, Michael Kissee, Jaynee Collins, Joey Kissee, Christine Moss, Ladeana Jackson and Cayden Kissee; his siblings, Wallace "Wally" Spencer of Hamer, ID and Mary Walker of Macon, MO; and his cousin Doris Beatty of Hannibal, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family for expenses in care of Cathy Spencer.
