He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Blevins and Dorothy Blevins Stinson (Williams); his stepfather S. B. Stinson; his brother Richard Blevins; his niece Robin Sanders; his father-in-law Gilbert Owens; and his brother-in-law Gary Bartlett.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie Owens; his children, Jake Owens (Lisa) of Shelbina, Josh Blevins (Jolene) of Clarence, Stephanie Maubach (Gabe) of Shelbina and Samantha Blevins (Dyllan Simmons) of Shelbina; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Waylen, Levi, Ethan, Madison, Olivia, Gabriel, Hunter, Carson, Benton and Bryer; his siblings, Joyce Evans (Charles) of Ringgold, GA and David Blevins of Rising Fawn, GA; his stepsister Cheryl Putman (Kenneth) of Culleoka, TN; his mother-in-law Marilyn Owens of Linn; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Barlett of Linn, Cindy Wilson (Billy) of Linn, Lisa Higginbotham of Linn, David Owens of Linn and Scott Owens (Nikki) of Chamois. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
