He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Briscoe and Izora Belle Brown Troutman; and his siblings, Buster, Clyde, Frieda, Reva, Almeda, Willowdean and Lenice.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Susan Kay Troutman Hall (Michael) of Lebanon, Missouri and Charles David "Chuck" Troutman (Vickey) of Edmond, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Cody and Jessie; and his great grandchild Cash. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
