He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora and George; his siblings, George, Wendell, Bill and Carol; and his son Jef.
He is survived by: his wife Jane; his son Brian (Peggy, Joplin, Bruce); his grandchildren, Sam Newton of Joplin, Jessica Kienenberger of Joplin, James Newton of Joplin, Jared Davis, Lacey Tidwell, Bella Vista and Aubrey Johnson; and also Brian (Peggy).
