He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Burk and Myrtle M. Drake Rose; and his brother Larry Heafley (Karen). He is survived by: his brother Garry Heafley (Kay) of Lebanon, Missouri; his nephew Van Allen Heafley (Patricia) of Lebanon; his great-nephew Garrett Heafley; and his great-niece Katie Black. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holman Howe Funeral Homes (320 S Adams Ave, Lebanon, MO 65536). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at the New Home Cemetery (17705 Utility Dr, Falcon, MO 65470).
