He is survived by: his children, Timilea Mitchell of Lebanon, MO and Todd Lewis (Cathi) of Lebanon, MO; his sisters, Glenda Jones of Lebanon, Betty Lowrance of Lebanon, Janet Howe of Lebanon, Judy Parnell (Danny) of Lebanon and Sandra Cumbea (Steve) of Prospect, KY; his grandchildren, Jared Lewis (Taylor Harris), Heath Lewis, Shayna Lewis and Taylor Lupardus (Chris); his great grandchild Reese Lewis; and his sister-in-law Jeannine Waterman (Jim Ackelson) of Lebanon, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
