He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Campbell and Myrtle M. Campbell (Harper); his siblings, Art Campbell, Robert (Aurelia Campbell) and Shirley (Clyde Hardin); his daughters-in-law, Karen Campbell and Arlena Campbell; his grandchildren, Amy Lynn DeClue and Jonathan Davis; his great grandchild Honor Bridgeman; and his brothers-in-law, Lindell Carter, Richard Smith and Dock Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Breakfield (Breakfield) of Leasburg; his children, Julie (Dan Gargus) of Leasburg, Barb (Bill Bridgeman) of Sullivan, Marie (Larry Whittaker) of Union, James (Deanna Campbell) of Sullivan, Tim (Rhonda Campbell) of Leslie, Charlotte (David Gargus) of Bourbon, Andrew (Marsha Campbell) of Cuba, Becky (Michael Davis) of Cuba, Dale Campbell of St. Clair, Peter "Greg" (Janey Campbell) of Bourbon and Joshua (Megan Campbell) of Bourbon; his siblings, Albert Campbell of Irondale, Gladys Carter of Potosi, Hazel Smith of Potosi and Loretta Russel of Potosi; and his sister-in-law Ilene Campbell of Potosi. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
