He is survived by: his partner Sandy Ransom of Leasburg, MO; his daughter Shanena Brooks (Tyler) of Bunker Hill, IL; his stepchildren, Greg Wisely (Shannon) of Bourbon, MO and Tracy Wisely of Saint Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Kristopher, Evangeline Brooks, James, Cameron and Krystle Taggert; and his siblings, Mark Gierer (Michelle) of Arnold, MO, Danny Gierer (Gloria) of Festus, MO, Melvin Lawrence Jr. of Barnhart, MO and Janet Leavitt of Sikeston, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
