He is survived by: his son Courtney West (Erica) of Cuba, MO; his siblings, Gary West (Karin) of Steelville, MO, Kay Caltry (Chuck) of Sullivan, MO and Darla West of Leasburg, MO; his grandchildren, Allison, Gabrielle and Lane West; and his close friend Carolyne Simpson of Cook Station, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
