She was predeceased by: her parents, Lytle George and Virda George (Smith); her husband Elvin Bunton; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon and Don.
She is survived by: her children, RJ Bunton (Marisa) of Waynesville, MO, Brent Bunton of Sullivan, MO, Bobbie Hickey of Leasburg, MO, Shannon Nye of Cuba, MO, Jamie Busch (Rodney) of Valles Mines, MO, Tracie Nye of Sullivan, MO, Keshia Feltman (Melvin) of Bourbon, MO and Amber Hickman (Gary) of Cuba, MO; her siblings, Donald "Donnie" George of Camdenton, MO, David George (Mary Ann) of Bourbon, MO, Wayne Wepner (Betty) of Bourbon, MO, Wilma Pratt, Linda King (Jim) of Leasburg, MO and Kim Bell (Jimmy) of Bourbon, MO; and her close friend David George. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 8 great – grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Due to Pat's personal health battles she would be honored in lieu of flowers donations be made to the American Organ Transplant Association.
