She was predeceased by: her husband Mikel Skipper; and her sister Teresa Slate. She is survived by: her parents, Archie Slate and Betty Heath Slate; her daughters, Jeanie Marie Eaton, Amber Rae Reyes and Heather Angelee Skipper; her grandchildren, Kiara Reyes, Malachi Eaton, Jacoby Eaton and Alejandro Reyes; and her siblings, Mark Slate, Patricia Nguyen and Tammy Kemp.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Grandchildren's Education Fund (checks made out to Heather Skipper, 22 West Frisco Ave., Leasburg, MO 65535.).
