She was predeceased by: her parents, John Surina and Hazel Maude Surina (French); her husband Leslie Lasater Highley Sr.; her son John Paul Highley; her grandson Leslie Highley III; and her siblings, John, William Surina, Ethel Bowen, Jessie Imperiale, Florence Adams and Melba Passafiume.
She is survived by: her son Leslie Highley Jr. (Karen); her grandchildren, Laura Fowler, Jillann Venable and Victoria Highley; and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Hannah Fowler.
Memorials may be directed to Immaculate Conception Church in Park Hills.
