She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Barton and Ella Wanda Barton (Wilson); her husband Charles Suiter; her nephew Troy Barton; and her mother-in-law Estelle Heuer.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charlotte Lewis (Charles "Tiny), Jewel David Barton (Patricia), Dennis Ray Barton (Cindy), Leslie Shelton (Robert) and Sherry Cain; and her friend Kendall Smith.
