He is survived by: his wife Judith Louise Harper (Vollert); his sons, Christopher Harper (Ann) of Oklahoma City, OK and Douglas Harper (Jennifer) of Nashville, TN; his sister Sarah Lang of Wentzville, MO; and his grandchildren, Bradley Harper and Tyler Harper.
