It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lewis of Leadwood, Missouri, born in Bonne Terre, Missouri, who passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Lewis; and his siblings, Annette, Dorette Lewis, Gracie Alene Dowd, Billy Lewis and Boby Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Lewis (Barton); his children, Michelle Grimes (Eddie) of Goose Creek and Charlie Lewis (Tara) of Leadwood; his grandchildren, Amanda Layne (James), Stephen Jennings (Latisha), Jaimie Grimes, David Arnold, Alexander Lewis (Emily), Devyn Lewis, Emma Lewis (Brendan) and Sara Beth Lewis; his pet Rue; and his siblings, James "Sonny" Lewis of Leadwood, Mike Lewis (Jeanetta) of Leadwood, Mary Ann Payne (Kenny) of Leadwood, Marilyn Barnes (Sonny) of Farmington and Carolyn Govero (Alan) of Farmington. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
