He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Ruth and Mary Ruth; and his brothers, Ervin Jr., Robert, Lester, Orval and Wilford.
He is survived by: his former wife Louise Oliver of March; his wife Marchia Ruth of Lawson, MO; his sister Kathy Wiley; his children, Geno Ruth (Debbie) and Kym Godsey (Rick); his stepchildren, Kendra Shah, Ryan and Brennan Maybee; his grandchildren, Jeremie Ruth (Jamie), Tessa Quintana (Noah), Titan Stockton, Tushar and Taj Shah; and his great grandchildren, Ruby, Mabel, Teddy Ruth and Rocco Quintana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
