She was predeceased by: her parents, Attison Sooter and Gertrude Sooter; her siblings, Odessa Christine, Leonard, Roger, Edwin, Ollie May, Nadeane and Betty Jean; and her stepson Mel Ringer.
She is survived by: her husband Mel Ringer; her children, Barbara Colliver (Mark Colliver), Garry Shriver (Christy Shriver) and Deanna Morgan (Bob Morgan); and her stepsons, Bobby Ringer and Jake Ringer. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
