He was predeceased by: his father Don Moore. He is survived by: his mother Donna Griffin Moore; his wife Sarah; his children, Katey (Tyler Gable), Garrett, Mary and Morgan Moore; his granddaughter Ellie Gable; his sister Janet McCanles (Jimmy); and his parents-in-law, Roger and Susan Kohl. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions to the Mary and Morgan Moore Education fund c/o Sarah Moore or a charity of choice.
