He is survived by: his wife Melanie Steinman Van Hooser; his children, Jenna Van Hooser Robinson, Sadie Van Hooser and Brody Van Hooser; his grandchildren, Krislyn and Avery; his sister Debbie; his brother-in-law Terry Freeman; and his aunt Barb. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
