He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Ellis Stephenson; his sister Sally Wilkinson; his aunt Lois Etter; and his uncle Lyle Stephenson. He is survived by: his mother Rose Mary Wilkinson (Dull) of Neosho, MO; his stepbrother Richard Patrick of Springfield, MO; his sisters, Penny Stephenson of Greenfield, MO and Alice Wilkinson; his aunts, Sharon Shackelford of Neosho, MO, Betty Brasher of Lamar, MO, Peggy Swaggerty of Stockton, MO, Dollie Smith of Liberal, MO and Donna Rotramel of Liberal, MO; and his uncle Wayne Stephenson of Springfield, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
