He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Costley Sr. and Naomia Mae Costley (Fite); and his brother-in-law Robert Alan Scheffer. He is survived by: his brother William Thomas Costley Jr. (Felicia); his nieces and nephews, Zachary Costley (Ashley), Isaac Costley (Sydney), Elijah Costley (Kelsey), Malachi Costley and Micah Costley (Grace); his sister Anna Mae Costley Scheffer; and his nephew Tyler Scheffer (Lauren). He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews as well as his good friend.
