She was predeceased by: her brothers, Alvin Leivan, Derald Leivan and Frank Leivan. She is survived by: her children, Gregory Lee (Renae McDonald) of Golden City, Johnia Jill (Dan Peters) of Lamar, Bethany Jayne (Mike Babbitt) of Lamar and Todd Ray (Cathy McDonald) of Lamar; her grandchildren, Micah McDonald (Shawnda), Mitch McDonald (Tasha), Michelle Miller (Chase), Levi Peters (Amy), Lindsey Williams, Lisa Peters, Annie Hawes (Davey Crockett), Carla Stepp, Ben Stepp (Rachell), Brooke Overman (Taylor) and Brett McDonald (Madison Baldwin); her great great grandchildren, Myla and Ava; her siblings, Mary Ann Wade of Joplin and Roger Leivan of Webb City; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Leivan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
