He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Bick and Rosemary Bick. He is survived by: his wife Judith Bick; his children, Tami Bick-Hohenstein, Thom Bick, Ben Azerolo (Kimi), Nikki Azerolo-Held (Keith) and Jonathan Bick (Jessie); his grandchildren, Megan Gregory (Joe), Jessica Hohenstein (Dom), Emma Hohenstein, Hannah Hohenstein, Kazi Azerolo and Eli Held; his siblings, Vincent Bick, Mary Ellen Schulte and Timothy Bick; and his sister-in-law Linda Schmersahl.
