She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Farmery and Beatrice Snow (Donald A. Hazlett Sr.); her son Thomas Hazlett; and her brother Bobby Farmery. She is survived by: her husband Donald Hazlett Sr. of Lake St; her children, Donald Hazlett Jr. (Cari McConnell), Stacey Lutgen (John) and Carey Eagan (Dan) of Troy, MO; and her grandchildren, Alexandra Lutgen, Veronica Lutgen, Grace Lutgen, Gloria Hazlett, Oriana Hazlett, Carter Lutgen and Danny Eagan.
