Scudder of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Palmer and Mary Palmer. She is survived by: her husband James Scudder; her children, Alicia and Palmer Scudder; her brother Robert Palmer (Susan); and her nephews, Andrew Palmer (Jessica) and Christopher Palmer.
