She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Col. Roscoe Moulthrop; her children, Scott Moulthrop (Ivonne) and Elizabeth Buhr (Steve); her grandchildren, Zoey, Alexis Moulthrop, Henry and Nora Buhr; and her sibling Michale Ann Kincaide (Greg).
