Gordon of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, born in Patchogue, New York, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillard Sr. Gordon and Jean Gordon; and his sister JoAnn Pratt (Herb). He is survived by: his wife Marcella Gordon; his children, Dave Gordon (Janet), Don Gordon (Jennifer), Kathy Israel (Steve), John Gordon (Sue) and Rob Gordon (Beth); his grandchildren, Andrea Dold (Scott), Heather Payne (Mason), Mike Israel, James Gordon, Ryan Gordon, Joe Israel, Sarah Gordon, Abby Gordon, Megan Gordon and Jacob Gordon; his great grandchild Sarah Dold; his stepgrandson Aaron Israel (Annette); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ainsley, Sebastian and Skylar Israel; his siblings-in-law, Carol Fritschie (late Jim), Jean Miles (Jack), Judy Herberholt (Larry) and John Fritschie (Jan); and his nieces and nephews, Teri, Lorri, Sharon and Kenneth. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, St. Patrick Catholic Church requires all family members and guests to wear a mask while inside. Social distancing is required, and guests should stay at least 6 feet apart.
Memorials may be made in Hillard's name to St. Patricks's Church - donations and mass intentions, White House Jesuit Retreat, and Chatham Historical Society .
