He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hadley George and Ruth Ione George; his brother Jerry Wallace George; his grandson Michael Forrester; and his great grandchild Dustyn Brasel.
He is survived by: his wife Marie George of O'Fallon, Missouri; his children, Rodney George (Lisa Wood) of Naples, FL and Karen Forrester (Dennis) of Lake St; his grandchildren, Chad George, Tiffany George (Andy) and Rachael George (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Hayden Engles, Grayson Engles and Henry Turin.
