He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela K. Bruckman (Robert) and Edra L. Cook-Tomlinson; his brothers, Perry E. Cook Jr. (Leslie) and James Cook (Priscilla); his grandchildren, Sarah Klima (Trevor), Joanna Nelson (Armando), Kathryn Haeffner (Corydon) and Andrew Delles (Coralea); and his great grandchildren, Danika, Isabelle, Sophia, Adalynn, Vivian, Toliver, Emerson and Eleanor.
