He was predeceased by: his parents, John Deibel and Hazel Deibel (Kauerschmidt); his wife Nancy Deibel; his children, Dennis Chris Lindner (Dianna) and Nancy Carole Fisher; his son-in-law Jerry Larabee; and his sister Shirley Sutton.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Thomas Lindner (Linda) of Camdenton, John Arthur Lindner (Donna) of Dubuque, Charlie John Deibel (Christina) of Osage Beach, Missouri and Sandra Sue Larabee-Cravens (Tom) of Roach, Missouri; his son-in-law Michael Fisher of Florissant, Missouri; and his siblings, Hank Deibel of Potosi, Bobby Deibel of St. Louis, Missouri, Sally Higgins of St. Louis, Pat Green of St. Charles and Freda Lu Worley of Sikeston, Missouri. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
