It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Gladbach of La Plata, Missouri, born in Mendon, Missouri, who passed away on November 6, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Gladbach and Gertrude Gladbach (Joseph); his wife Wanda Mae Hunt; his daughter Rita; his granddaughter Sara; and his great grandchild Dalton.
He is survived by: his children, James Gladbach (Brenda), John Gladbach (Sharon), Alvin Gladbach (Danette), Cheryl Howard (Bob), Norine Eitel (Brad) and Christeen Cresswell; and his grandsons, Chad and Chesston. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mary Immaculate Catholic Church or La Plata Public Library.
