He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann Green (Newberry) of La Plata, Missouri; his children, Alex Green of Vonore, Tennessee and Tara Green (Bruce Messer); his brothers, Danny Green of Peoria, Arizona and Jeff Green (Lynette) of Peoria, Arizona; and also Ruth Lingerfelt of La Plata, Missouri..
